VOX

Vox is the forerunner in the modeling amp genre. If you want an amp that has preset tones to all the songs of your favorite artists, then a Vox amp is where it is at. The valvetronics series is a tube/solid-state hybrid. The secret is that the tube is in the power section, not the pre-amp. This way you get the custom tone and it will still sound different with different types of guitars. i.e. a Strat is a Strat and a Les Paul is a Les Paul. Most other modeling amp companies set their amps up so that no matter what pickups your guitar has the amp shifts the shape to make just one specific sound.
